The Phoenix Garden
The Phoenix Garden was 'planted' at The Hopmarket in Worcester in August 2021.
'Head Gardener' and Business Owner, Teresa Preston, had a previous career in Retail Management, The Public Sector, Education and Business Training and has now fulfilled her dream of launching her own shop and gallery. She plans to develop this 'little acorn' and expand her business over the coming years.
Teresa had also owned a Learning & Development Consultancy in the past and this, too, had a 'garden' theme. The Phoenix Garden is thus named as having risen from the ashes of the earlier incarnation of the business.
Teresa gained her love of ceramics when working for Royal Doulton and this is reflected in many of the ranges she has chosen to offer in The Garden. These are complimented by unique, handmade products from independent craftspeople, quality 'previously owned' items and a random selection of other quirky gifts and beautiful things.
The ethos of The Phoenix Garden offering is to only stock items we love and surround ourselves with art and crafts that lifts the spirit, enhances our environment and supports our wellbeing.
Teresa's main interest outside of The Garden is to watch Motorcycle Racing, reflected in pictures of many legends of the sport for offer in the gallery.
We hope you, too, love what we are 'growing'.
